1. Affiliate Purchases (Third-Party Retailers & Travel Partners)
Products and services purchased through our affiliate partners (e.g., Amazon, travel booking platforms, and other e-commerce partners) are subject to the cancellation, return, and refund policies of the respective third-party websites
1.1 Cancellations & Returns for Affiliate Products
- ShopkliQ does not handle cancellations or returns for products purchased on affiliate websites.
- If you need to cancel or return a product, please contact the respective third-party retailer directly and follow their policies.
- Any refund eligibility and processing will be handled directly by the third-party seller.
1.2 Travel Bookings & Cancellations
- Travel deals booked through our affiliate travel partners (e.g., airlines, hotels, car rentals) follow the cancellation and refund policies of the travel provider.
- For changes or cancellations, please refer to the terms and conditions of the respective travel partner before completing your booking.
2. Direct Purchases from ShopkliQ
For products sold directly by ShopkliQ, the following cancellation and return policies apply:
2.1 Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer service at info@shopkliq.net with your order details.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return after receiving the product (subject to our return policy).
2.2 Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order, provided:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- All included accessories, manuals, and original tags must be intact.
- The product is not ineligible for returns (see section 2.3).
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns
- Digital/downloadable products or services.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, supplements).
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
2.4 Return Process
- Contact our customer support at info@shopkliq.net to request a return authorization.
- Ship the product to the return address provided (return shipping costs may apply).
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
2.5 Refunds for Direct Sales
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 48 hours after approval. There may transaction delay from bank.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a ShopkliQ error (e.g., wrong or defective item received).
- If the returned item is found used, damaged, or incomplete, a partial refund or rejection may apply.
3. Damaged or incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product from ShopkliQ, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
